      The  AL-Qalam journal is a peer- reviewed scientific publication, that  aims to support  the scientific research movement, disseminate solid knowledge, and contribute to building a knowledge- based society . The journal also expresses that the journal  has  been keen to diversify the topics of scientific research to cover various fields in  humanities across different specializations ( Theoratical and Applied), keeping pace with modren scientific developments and meeting the needs of researchers. The journal  expresses as well  that the  journal also aims to be a distinguished scientific platform both locally and globally after obtaining membership in the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and acquiring the general Creative Commons License (USA). finally the journal  that the ambition does not stop there; rather, it seeks to obtain the Directory of Open Access Journal (DOAJ) as well.
