Abstract
This paper argues that there is a contradiction between dominated international law and anti dominate international law. The future of international law and the Middle East are intricately complexed in respect of activation of international rules and regulations in the earato anti domination. In order to achieve this goal, it very important for the United Nations to put new strategies developed that are consistent with the behavior of permenant States in Security Council in third world countries. For example by establishing stricter international rules for respecting human rights and development in middle East, which need to be seriously reconsidered. This article also provides a critical analysis of the domination nature of States speeches on human rights and development in contemporary international law.
