Abstract

In view of the humanitarian work carried out by international organizations in light of international and non-international armed conflicts, they work to provide humanitarian assistance, health care and relief to those affected by armed conflicts, as those working in this field are considered the category of those who most express their humanity and express their services to save the lives of civilians and protect them. From the dangers of armed conflicts and the scourges and grave dangers they carry that may cast their shadow on humanity in general, whether they are fighters or civilians, The dire consequences that wars have on the civilian population, and because the groups that provide these services are more vulnerable than others to being exposed to hostile and combat operations due to their proximity to them, it has become necessary for these international organizations to intervene to provide them with the necessary protection and provide them with humanitarian care to enable them to perform their humanitarian tasks.
